Tom Frederick, Town Center
 Tom Frederick earned a BS degree in Business from the University of Baltimore and is a retired Computer Service Manager. He attended the University of Maryland Extension training in 2002 to become a Howard County Master Gardener. Since then he has attended advance training courses in such topics as Native Plants, Invasive Plants, Rain Gardens, and the Clean Water Act. He has done hundreds of hours in volunteer work with the Master Gardeners since 2002. He also volunteers at Historic Mount Pleasant maintaining a Rain Garden there and as a Weed Warrior at the Middle Patuxent Environmental Area.
